How do I add the survey to my thank-you page?
In Shopify admin go to Settings → Checkout → Customize. Select the Thank you page, click Add block, choose Asked, and save. The survey appears immediately on new orders.
Where do I see my survey results?
All responses are on your Dashboard. Use the 7, 30, 90-day filters or pick a custom date range. The Trends column shows how each answer is tracking vs. the prior period.
Can I change my question and answer choices?
Yes — go to the Survey page, edit your heading, question, and choices, then hit Save. Tip: use the custom date range on your Dashboard to isolate data from before and after any survey changes.
Can I export my responses?
Yes. The Export CSV button in the Recent responses card downloads all responses for the currently selected date range.
How does Asked handle customer privacy?
Asked stores only the order ID, order number, and the answer selected — no name, email, or address. Data is deleted automatically on uninstall or when Shopify sends a GDPR redact request. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Why isn't the survey showing up?
Check: (1) the Asked block is added to the Thank you page in your checkout editor, (2) your survey has at least one answer choice saved, (3) the app is installed and active. Place a test order to confirm.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall Asked from Shopify admin under Settings → Apps. Billing stops immediately and all data is deleted within 48 hours per our privacy policy.
Pricing
Asked is $19 USD per month with a 7-day free trial. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify — we never store payment information. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
